Phil
Richards, trading as body-sync, has professional qualifications in Sports and Remedial
Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Triathlon
Coaching. He believes that considerable benefits –
physical, emotional, physiological – can be gained by
anyone who takes part at whatever level in an active
pastime or leisure pursuit.
After
spending nearly 20 years in educational publishing, he
took the opportunity to develop his other interests and
his aim is to help those who are taking on challenges
and help them achieve their goals and ambitions.
An
active triathlete since 2000, Phil competes regularly
and coaches with Oxford Triathletes. He works in and
around Oxfordshire, from Banbury where he helps with
Banbury RUFC, to Wantage at the Natural Therapy Centre.
