Pork chops with apples or pears with cider and
mustard (for 2)
Peel and slice an apple or pear and cook in a pan with 1/2 cups of
cider and half a chopped onion and season.
Meanwhile grill the chops on a high heat for about 6 mins on each
side.
Once the fruit and onion have softened, stir in a couple of spoons
of creme fraiche and a teaspoon of Dijon
mustard.
Gently bring to the boil, then add chopped parsley and sage and
spoon over the cooked chops.
Serve with mashed sweet potato and leeks.
