Disability Policy Statement 

Wantage Natural Therapy Centre is committed to helping people with disabilities.

All people, with or without disabilities, are entitled to treatment by a therapist and we will make every effort to make sure that this is possible.

As our Centre is on the first floor, we had hoped to have a stairlift installed to help people with physical disabilities come up for treatment but we have learned that our stairs are not suitable for this kind of lift.

We are therefore very willing to help people with disabilities in the following way:

If anyone arriving at the Centre needs attention or information, they can use the intercom at the entrance which will connect them with the receptionist who will be happy to come down to offer assistance.

If anyone would like one of the treatments offered at the Centre but is unable to climb the stairs, every effort will be made to find a therapist who can go to their house and treat them at home.

We are also happy to find a treatment room in another Health Centre where there is disabled access. A Wantage Natural Therapy Centre therapists will go there to carry out the treatment.
