1. Consent to collect client data shall be lawfully and informatively 
    collected at the start of each new client contact.

2.  The data collected from the client will only be that that services the
     needs of the Centre for the duration of the therapy.

3.   We will never share your information with third parties or pass it on
      for any purpose

4.   Completed client therapy data will be kept as archive material.
      Therefore all data will be accurate to the time that the therapy was
      ongoing. We seek to obtain accurate and clear data for the duration
      of the therapy.

5.   All documents that contain client data that was required for the
      provision of a therapy will be open for the client to inspect at their
      request.

6.   Client data in paper form will be held within a locked cupboard within
      the locked premises of Wantage Natural Therapy Centre. Any data
      stored in an electronic form will be stored on password protected
      personal computers.

7.   This client data will only be accessed by appropriate members of staff
      of Wantage Natural Therapy Centre.

8.   Client data will only be shared with GP’s and other Health
      Practitioners with your explicit consent.

9.   At all times and in all places the Centre’s personnel will retain the
      confidentiality of those records.

10.  All Client data will remain within the United Kingdom .
