Millie
qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher over ten
years ago, having completed the three year full-time
training course in 1997.
She has known about the Technique throughout her
life as her grandmother trained with one of FM
Alexander’s original prodigies.
Currently based in Wantage, Millie has taught the
Alexander Technique at the Bloomsbury Alexander Centre,
Chelsea Complementary and the music department of a
London
school. She
is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander
Technique (STAT)
